First of all you feel helpless, hopeless, followed by sadness due to this gruesome death.
After a period of feeling and experiencing all the emotions of sadness we are ready to think again in a sense that we are used to in normal daily life.
Then we are again ready to express our grief and the helplesness we felt.
Life goes on is far to easy to get rid of all the negative emotions about what happened. The death of our beloved ones was too radically to get rid of this so easily. It hurts inside and we are left with anger and dispear.
The only thing that helps us through these negative emotions that makes us so tired is support from the community and solidarity.
TOGETHER, not alone!
That's how we cope with it!
